The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah arrived here on Thursday to participate in the 23rd Arab Summit. Lebanese President Michel Suleiman had also arrived in Baghdad to take part in the Arab Summit.
