Kuwait\'s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah is heading a delegation taking part in the Arab ministerial meeting that got underway here on Sunday.The Kuwaiti delegation arrived in the Egyptian capital earlier today.The meeting addresses recommendations, issued by Arab financial and economic ministers, at a meeting held here on Saturday, stipulating a chain of curbs against the Syrian government in retaliation for its clampdown on the popular uprising.The council proposes ban on travel of Syrian officials to Arab states, cessation of air flights to Syria, halting transactions with the Syrian central bank, stopping commercial cooperation with the Damascus government -- except for strategic commodities, necessary for the Syrian people.The Kuwaiti delegation includes the director of the bureau of the deputy prime minister and foreign minister, Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Al-Nasser Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti ambassador to Syria Aziz Al-Dihani, and the deputy director of the department of the Arab world, Faisal Al-Houly.Sheikh Sabah\'s delegation was received at the airport by the Kuwaiti ambassador to Egypt Dr. Rashid Al-Hamad, the Kuwaiti delegate at the Arab League Ambassador Jamal Al-Ghuneim and the diplomatic attache, Abdul Rahman Al-Munaifi.
