Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry Khalid Al-Jarallah met visiting GCC Secretary General Abdullatif Al-Zayani here on Tuesday. During the meeting, they discussed preparations and arrangements for a GCC-Russian strategic dialogue meeting due on Wednesday.
