President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued an Emiri Decree appointing Dr Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei as secretary-general of the executive council of Abu Dhabi, in addition to his other positions. The President issued another Emiri Decree, retaining Mohammed Ahmed Al Bawardi as member of Abu Dhabi’s executive council.
