HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met this evening at Al Wajba Palace with the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Dr. Hamadoun Toure,, who called on HH the Emir, on the occasion of his visit to Qatar.
