Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri sent today a message to the new President of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al-Saadoun, congratulating him on his election to this post, a press release by Hariri's media office indicated on Friday. The release also mentioned that Hariri sent a message to the Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and congratulated him on the formation of the new cabinet.
