Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, yesterday met with Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, GCC Secretary-General, and discussed bilateral relations between the states.

During the meeting, which was held in Riyadh, the two parties reviewed ways of developing cooperation in various fields to serve their common interests, and discussed developments in security in the region.
