The Tunis first instance criminal chamber of the permanent military court resumed, on Tuesday, the examination of the case known as "Baraket Sahel" case. The morning hearing was devoted to the defence pleading which revolved on the incompetence of the court. The verdict will be issued on Tuesday evening.
