Energy Minister Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza left for the capital of Egypt, Cairo, to preside over the 87th meeting of the Organisation of Arab Petroleum Exporting Counties (OAPEC) which will convene tomorrow Saturday (Dec. 24, 2011). The meeting will spotlight key issues pertaining to the oil, gas and petrochemical field.
