His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, last night visited Khalid Al Shareef's majlis. He was accompanied by his son Shaikh Isa, Economic Development Board chief executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, his court head Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa, adviser Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and personal secretary Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al Khalifa. He reviewed the crisis Bahrain has gone through, pledging to assume his national duties as a citizen for the kingdom to remain an oasis of security and model of equality and justice under His Majesty King Hamad's leadership. The Crown Prince expressed confidence in the unity and coherence of citizens who, he said, shun sectarianism and work for their country despite differences of opinions. He stressed the importance of national security and stability, urging everyone to reject any solutions by foreign parties and build a modern state, develop the economy and face challenges. He also urged the people to adhere to the national fabric as Bahrain is capable of addressing its issues. He called on everyone to be rational and realistic, hoping the National Dialogue recommendations will usher in a new era. The Crown Prince also visited the majlis of Abdulla Nass and was welcomed by Sameer Abdulla Nass, members of the Nass family and guests. He stressed his special interest in the economic sector, particularly construction, and reviewed Bahrain's deep-rooted traditions and customs. Then, the Crown Prince visited Mohammed Al Sherooqi's majlis. He urged to rally behind His Majesty's reform project and modernisation programmes and stand up against any attempts aimed at breaking national unity.
