The Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al-Qaed held a meeting with the Bahrain Transaction Clearance Society chairman Mohammed Al-Ashoul.
The meeting followed directives from the wise leadership to streamline procedures for citizens and residents and upgrade the smart card services. It was also attended by senior EWA management officials and members of the association.
They discussed ways of facilitating the work of clearance clerks and ensuring the smooth flow of procedures without prejudicing citizens’interests or bypassing rules and regulations.
The two sides agreed to hold a periodic meeting on a monthly basis to discuss latest developments and explore solutions to avoid any delay in processing applicants’ transactions.
