A two-year-old boy died after he fell from the fourth floor window of his family apartment in Sarba, Kesrouan, police said Monday. They said Elias Firas Mhanna died instantaneously after he fell from the window at around 8:00 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to a local hospital. Police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
