El-Arish - Ma'an
Bedouins on Wednesday blocked a main road in Rafah in southern Egypt to protest the lack of services to the area. Protesters burned tires and shut down the road to the Rafah crossing on the Gaza border, a Ma'an reporter said. He added that it was the second incident in less than two weeks to protest the lack of fuel and the government's failure to repair the phone network, which was destroyed after the Egyptian revolution in January.
