The 40th round of the council of Arab ministers of youth and sports started Monday under Libya at the premises of Arab League.

The ministers started the meeting by observing a minute of silence in mourning of the martyrs of the two churches that were attacked in Tanta and Alexandria on Sunday.

The council will take up a memorandum presented by the Lebanese Ministry of Youth and Sports on supporting Arab youth migrating to neighboring countries and an Arab campaign against violence, extremism ad terror.
