Israeli soldiers raided a village northwest of Salfit overnight Tuesday and took three Palestinians to an undisclosed location, Palestinian and Israeli officials said. Troops raided the Deir Estiyah village from the western side around 2:30 a.m. and broke into houses before taking Jihad Khaled, 26, Issam Mansour, 18, and Bahaa Mansour, 17, mayor Nathmi Salman said. An Israeli army spokesman confirmed the arrests.
