Cambodian police arrested three suspects in the abduction and slaying of the 8-year-old son of a U.S. embassy security guard, officials said. Guard Kong Rasy, 42, was told if he paid the kidnappers they would return his son but a villager found the boy\'s badly beaten body in a park after Rasy paid the abductors $3,500, The Phnom Penh Post reported Tuesday.
