Romania\'s defense ministry says a soldier has died after a bomb blast in southern Afghanistan. The ministry says Catalin Ionel Marinescu died Tuesday of wounds he sustained after an improvised explosive device went off as he was inspecting a footbridge in Zabul province. Marinescu, 28, is the second Romanian soldier to die in Afghanistan in a week .
