Luxor Governor Mohamed Badr met with officials from the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN–Habitat) on Wednesday.
They discussed Luxor's strategic plan for developing the historical city till 2032.
The UN–Habitat has proposed a plan for establishing a free trade zone near Luxor's International Airport.
