Mohamed Tayeb El Aggoun, director of photography in Merzak Allouache’s feature film “The Repentant,” won the \"Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography\" prize in the 1st Scarborough Film Festival, which wrapped up on June 9 in Toronto (Canada), said the festival’s website.
