Egyptian actress Lebleba revealed that she is extremely preoccupied in filming her role in the TV drama show “Back Street”, saying that it is scheduled to be presented in a number of Arab satellite channels during the coming period. She denied what was published over the presentation of the new TV drama show during the coming drama season of Ramadan.
She added, in a statement to “Al Maghrib Today”, that the reason behind her acceptance to participate in the series "El Shara' Ely Warana", is changing the rule of participation in the Ramadan season, as well as the story and the role she will play in thhe series. She began filming its scenes a few days ago.
Lebleba added that she does not like drama to be limited to the Ramadan race only, stressing in her remarks that there is a need for dramatic work throughout the year, without being exclusive to the month of Ramadan. It is worth mentioning that filming the series began in the studio one day ago. The series is starring of Dora, Farouq Al-Fishawi, Ahmed Hatem and a selection of stars and directed by Majdi Al-Hawari.
She expressed her pleasure of increasing artistic festivals organized in Egypt during the year, saying that such festivals perform a major role to stimulate terrorism. She praised the festivals organized in both Luxor and Sharm Al Sheikh, describing them as international festivals.
She expressed her pleasure for her participation in Alexandria Film Festival, saying that Egypt’s festivals witnessed notable development during the latest period. She added that it is important to resume developing such festivals due to their important role to promote right image about the country.
She called the Egyptian people for cooperating to push forward their country in the different fields during the current critical period, saying that the Egyptian people strongly love their country and always cooperate during the critical periods.
The Egyptian actress added that the whole world currently praises the efforts exerted by the Egyptian people build their future and to confront extremism from which Egypt warned years ago.
Regarding her vision to the future, she expressed her pride of the leading position adopted by the country towards woman empowerment, praising Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi for honoring the first female pilot and captain.
She said that she does not work in any works during the current period except “Back Street” whether in drama or cinema, saying that she does not work in more than one work. She stressed her keenness for diversifying her roles, saying that she performs only the role she loves. She added that she chooses her works carefully, saying that she works to keep her artistic career.
