Defence Minister Abdel-Fatah Sisi greeted on Sunday the Egyptian people on the Mawlid el-Nabawi (Anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday). The armed forces are following the path of Prophet Muhammed and his values and principles, said Magdi el-Gharably, the head of the military morale department in a speech delivered on behalf of Sisi. The Mawlid el-Nabawi is celebrated on the 12th day of Rabi-ul-Awwal (the third month of the Islamic calendar). This year, it falls on Monday, January 13.
