HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Monday morning visited Darb El Saai to tour the events celebrating Qatar's National Day, which is held this year under the theme 'One Love'. HH toured various cultural and heritage events, including Al-Maqtar, Al-Izbba, and horse riding, which is organized by Al Shaqab Stud. HH the Emir also witnessed school children performing folklore shows such as Al Arda (a sword dance), and Lemradah (a singing and dancing performance used to be carried out by women), in addition to other Qatari folklore songs. Moreover, HH visited the pavilions of some government bodies and examined handicraft products of the Qatari Productive Families.
