The Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani left Istanbul before noon today. HH the Emir and the accompanying delegation were seen off upon departure at the Ataturk International Airport by Turkey\'s European Union Minister, Egemen Bagis, the Deputy Governor of Istanbul and Qatar\'s Ambassador to Turkey, HE Salem Mubarak Al-Shafi.
