The Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, is expected to visit Russia, where he will meet the President, Vladimir Putin, in Moscow. The two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral issues, as well as the current situation in the Middle East and North Africa, and prospects for the resumption of Palestinian-Israeli peace talks.
