Palestinian longest serving prisoner in Israeli jails, Ahmad Jabarah known as \"Abu Al-Sukkar\" died of a heart attack on Tuesday. Abu Al-Sukkar spent 28 years in Israeli jails and was released on 2004, and was also nicknamed the \"Dean\" of prisoners due to his long serving term. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas expressed in a statement condolences to Abu Al-Sukkar\'s demise, suffering, and his patriotic duty to the Palestinian people.
