Farid el-Deeb, former president Hosni Mubarak's lawyer, left Cairo Monday for Bahrain on a several days' visit to the Gulf Arab country. The visit came 12 days before a retrial session of Mubarak and his interior minister Habib al-Adly and six security chiefs on charges of complicity in the murder of protesters during the January 25 revolution. On May 11, Cairo Criminal Court decided to put off Mubarak's retrial to June 8.
