President of the Republic of Lebanon General Michel Sleiman arrived in Doha this morning to extend congratulations on the occasion of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani\'s assumption of the reins of power in the country. Lebanese President was welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by HE Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari.
