Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Shaikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah left here today following a two-day official visit to Russia. According to the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA), Shaikh Sabah held talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and delivered a letter from the Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah to the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
