Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah left here on Tuesday for Saudi Arabia to chair the 130th session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), to be hosted by Riyadh. This session is of particular importance as the issues to be discussed cover GCC joint action in all fields, as well as a number of other regional and international issues, GCC Secretary General Abdullatif Al-Zayyani said.
