The Amir's envoy Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah left the country on Sunday on a tour that first takes him to the Sultanate of Oman and later on to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain. The envoy is to deliver letters addressed to the leaders of the three states from His Highness the Amir, including invitations to attend the 34th GCC Summit of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) due in the State of Kuwait, December 10-11, 2013.
