Minister of Communications and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Essa Al-Kanderi arrived here on Wednesday heading a Kuwaiti delegation for the 35th session of the executive office of the Arab ministers of communication and information, due tomorrow. Upon his arrival, the minister and his accompanying delegation were received by Kuwait Permanent representative to Arab League Ambassador Aziz Al-Dihani and Egyptian Minister of Communication and Information Technology Engineer Atef Helmi.
