Nouri Al-Maliki, the Iraqi Prime Minister, has left for Moscow at the head of a delegation on a visit to the Russian Federation. Iraqi media sources stated that Al-Maliki , who was accompanied by a delegation including a number of ministers and advisers, will hold talks with Russian officials on bilateral relations and the Syrian crisis.
