Moslem Brotherhood leader Safwat Hegazi was disguised when arrested early Wednesday on the Siwa-Matrouh road in an attempt to mislead the security forces, an official at the Matrouh Security Directorate said. He said the security directorate succeeded together with the Armed Forces, Military Intelligence and national security forces to seize Hegazi as he tried to flee to Libya from the desert roads along the Egyptian-Libyan borders. He was captured at Be\'er el Nesf on the Matrouh-Siwa road.
