Prime Minister Hisham Qandil returned to Cairo on Saturday from Istanbul after a two-day visit to Turkey. During the visit, Qandil took part in the annual meeting of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) governors board. Qandil held meetings with a series of Turkish officials on top of whom Turkish President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyib Erdogan and Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek.
