Cairo - MENA
Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmi left here on Tuesday, heading for Senegal on the first visit by Egypt's top diplomat to the western African nation in years. He will hold talks with Senegal's President Macky Sall and Foreign Minister Mankeur Ndiaye on ways to boost bilateral ties. The two-day visit comes after an important tour of several Nile Basin states this month. The visit aims at highlighting Egypt's contribution to development plans in Senegal.
