China's Foreign Minister Wang Wi will start on Saturday an official two-day visit to Algeria at an invitation of his Algerian counterpart Ramtan Al-Amamrah. Algeria's News Agency, which carried the news, quoted the Foreign Ministry spokesman Ammar Plani as saying in a statement today that the Chinese foreign minister will discuss with senior Algerian officials during his stay the overall aspects of cooperation between the two countries in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest. During the visit, an arrangement on economic cooperation is expected to be signed.
