British Minister of State of Foreign Office Hugo Swire arrived in Myanmar on a visit he is scheduled to discuss with a number of officials in the Myanmar government and opposition leader Ung San Soo issues of democracy and human rights in her country. In a press release issued in London, the Foreign Office said the visit, the second for Swire in 13 months, indicates the commitment of the United Kingdom to improve the situation of human rights in Myanmar, support the racial peace process and coerce for making progress in the State of Rakin.
