UN-Arab League special joint envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi will begin on Saturday a tour to several Middle East countries. Brahimi\'s spokeswoman Khawla Mattar said that Brahimi will kick off his tour from Cairo. \"It\'s a preparatory tour of Brahimi for Geneva II Conference,\" Mattar said Friday. Regarding the date of this conference, Mattar underlined that it wasn\'t up to Brahimi to confirm or announce the dates but to the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
