Secretary General of the Arab League (AL) Nabil el-Arabi returned here on Thursday from Kuwait after a two-day visit. He held talks with senior Kuwait officials regarding preparations for the 3rd Arab-African Summit. The summit is set to be hosted by Kuwait from November 18 to 20. Arabi arrived in Kuwait on Tuesday from Paris after taking part in ministerial meetings on following up the revival of peacemaking efforts in the Middle East.
