NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has put off a visit to Kuwait this week , a NATO official told the KUNA Monday."Given the fast-developing situation in Ukraine, the Secretary General has decided to stay in Europe this week," the official said, on condition of anonymity.Rasmussen was planned to visit Kuwait on Wednesday and Thursday.The NATO chief yesterday strongly condemned the Russian military activity in Ukraine saying it is a threat to the security of Europe.
