The Ministry of Education and Higher Learning on Tuesday opened the Lebanese educational conference "All for Education" at Phoenicia hotel in Beirut under the patronage of PM Tammam Salam, in presence of Education and Higher Learning Minister Elias Bou Saab, members of public and private schools, educational experts and members of the parliamentary education committee.

Salam gave a word during the conference whereby he called for electing a president as soon as possible in order to turn back the balance within state institutions.
