Charlie Sheen\'s Mediterranean mini mansion Actor, Simon Helber has bought Charlie Sheen’s former Los Feliz home for $2.9 million from Sheen’s ex-wife. Sheen purchased the estate with former wife Brooke Mueller  in 2007 for $2.575 million

and has had the house on the market since mid-2009. Built in 1927, the stunning Mediterranean-style home is located just south of the Griffith Observatory and Mount Hollywood in the prominent Los Feliz neighbourhood.
The 4,200-square-foot land features a restored interior with Bouquet Canyon stone flooring, a spacious living room with trestle-style vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room and a master suite. It also boasts an outdoor courtyard and walkways that lead to a large backyard and pool. The large hallway has a modern touch, decorated with several ornamental Buddhas, while the lounge area has a more classic feel with cosy wooden beams on the ceiling and soft white sofas.
