Italian design brands will be out in force in Germany next week, as IMM Cologne 2014 launches on January 13. Some of the nation's biggest interior design names, including Minotti, Poliform and Scab Design will be present at the trade
show to unveil their most stylish furniture ranges.
Capo d'Opera will be onsite to exhibit A Beautiful Day, a limited edition of sculpted chests of drawers covered with 798 Corian strips of different thickness, designed by Alessio Bassan.
The Topkapi hammam by Rodolfo Dordoni for Effegibi will also be on show, whilst Marac will be exhibiting Metropoli, its contemporary sofa with a removable cover, upholstered in different densities of polyurethane and fibre.
Northern Italian bathroom design company Fantini will be displaying the latest updated version of its Milano tap in brushed stainless steel, and Scab Design will be aiming to impress with Natural Metropolis, a table with a 12 mm thick rectangular tempered glass top and natural beech wood legs.
IMM Cologne will take place from January 13-19.
