Courtsey of Slokoski

Courtsey of Slokoski There are many things one would think of placing within a frame, but few literally achieve this. Despite its odd appearance, the “Frame Chair” by Slokoski has a deep vibe about it. The Bulgarian designers explain that it was created for “memories yet to come” and that the chair is able to draw attention just like those posing for a portrait picture. In short, the beholder’s attitude should not only seek function, but also meaning, just like when observing the intricacies of a piece of art.
The furniture piece is made from plywood with a gray or deep purple velvet upholstery and heavy-duty caster wheels complete with brakes. It is is available in one, two, or three seaters, and each piece features custom handmade details. The frame itself is massive- and not exactly a show-off in a typical home. However, if one feels the need for a unique social space enhancement, this design could do the trick. How do you find it?
