In the second book, ‘Solving the Procrastination Puzzle', author Timothy A. Pychyl sheds light on the effects of problems of procrastination on people's lives. Highlighting the difference between normal delay and procrastination, Pychyl explains that procrastination leads to failure as people become more vulnerable to negative emotions and health problems.

He advises readers to remain committed to their tasks, and not to give in to the tendency to delay things. The book shows how the home environment can be used for nurturing and stimulation, and explains how to choose and cooperate with teachers. The book describes that the parents' own behaviour influences a child's attitude towards fulfilling his or her potential and encourages parents to focus on a child's unique learning style.

In an opening note to the new summaries, Jamal bin Huwaireb, Managing Director of MBRF, said that promotion of creativity and innovation is fundamental to the building of knowledge based societies and creating a better future. However, the path to creativity and innovation is not easy, but requires serious preparation, starting with the development of talent and potential capacity of the new generation to serve the nation's future.

Huwaireb added, "Talents and capabilities differ from one person to another, therefore it is important to focus on efforts to provide appropriate education to the young generation with adequate support from parents and all those around them. Traditional curriculum must keep pace with the latest developments, enhance talents and capabilities, and help satisfy curiosity. Ultimately, human wealth is the real wealth of any nation and investment in human capital is the most important investment that can ensure sustainable development of any society."
