Aden - Abdel Aziz Al Merass
Yemeni governmental troops managed to seize control over sites related to Houthi Ansar Allah group and other forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh on Sunday in the western side of Taiz.
According to a statement from the resistance media center, "The heros of national army liberated Haram Mountain, Sora area, and Qehfet Abel at Taiz's Rabei district ."
It added that three armed people were killed during the military operations, while seven militants were injured in addition to the injury of four Yemeni soldiers loyal to the governmental troops. The statement accused the Houthi militias of storming houses and stealing the citizens' possessions and forcing them to leave their cities.
The Houthi militias besiege Taiz from the Northern and eastern sides, as the Yemeni forces managed to break the siege partially from the western southern area in a military operation through which they controlled Dabab road, while the Houthi still control Ghorab crossroad in the western side of the city.
