Cairo – Marwa Yehia
Egyptian composer Ahmed Mohie said that he is happy for his first collaboration with Mounir in his latest album "Ahl El Tarab We El Arab" (people of singing and Arab People). He also hopes that the song he composed for King Mounir will be included into the album. The song is called Al Romman written by Adel Salama. Mohei said that he knows Ragheb Alama, the Lebanese singer from four years ago and composed five songs of Ragheb's latest album, which were written by Khaled Tag El-Din, Amir Taema, Moustafa Morsi, Mohamed Refaie, and Islam Mohie. He added that he composed a song titled "Ana Khadt Bay" that was not included in the album. Ahmed Mohie said that cooperation with Ragheb Alama was a sign of confidence, especially when we know that the experience added a lot to his career. Another station is being targeted by Mohie, which was announced by the Egyptian composer when he referred to his expectations to compose a song to Amr Diab. He said that the collaboration with Amr Diab is regarded as the crowning glory to his career as he composed for many big numbers in the world of singing including Tamer Hosny, Sherin, Hany Shaker, Mohamed Mohie, Abd Allah Al Rowyshed, Diana Haddad and Bahaa Sultan. When asked about the multitude of singers currently in the market, he said that oversupply was a real problem, but with providing good lyrics, music and voice, a good song would carve its own niche among thousands of songs. Regarding his support to his brother, the singer Islam Mohei, he said he was a talented singer and the main reason for his potential success will be the serious effort he will exerts to achieve his artistic goals.
