The price of Kuwait crude oil per barrel went down by USD 1.96, standing at USD 78.70 pb on Monday compared to USD 80.66 on Friday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) here Tuesday.
The global crude price was affected by the rise of US dollar against other foreign currencies and also the slow growth in Chinese economy.
The upcoming meeting for OPEC's ministers on November 27 in Vienna is expected to have its effects on the global price.
