Vice President of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) Mahmoud Montaser said on Tuesday that a plan was developed to secure the bank HQ and branches against rioting on November 28.
He added that each director of the bank's branches would be responsible for securing the branch, staffers and depositors' funds.
