The Finance Ministry on Thursday auctioned treasury bills at a total value of 9 billion pounds.

In an online statement, the ministry said it auctioned 4.250 billion pounds of 182-day T-bills. The average yield was 12.222 percent, it said.

As for the 357-day T-bills, sold for 4.750 billion pounds, the Ministry said they achieved average revenue of 12.514 percent.
